CH INV FIN GP (01226) announced that based on a preliminary assessment of its unaudited management accounts and currently available information for the six months ended September 30, 2025 (the current period), the Group expects to record an unaudited consolidated net profit, compared to the unaudited consolidated net loss reported in the 2024/25 interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2024 (the 2024 period). This change is primarily attributable to the performance of the Group's listed equity investments, which shifted from a loss of approximately HKD 6.3 million in the 2024 period to a profit of around HKD 147 million in the current period. The Group anticipates a net profit ranging between HKD 140 million and HKD 155 million for the current period, whereas it recorded an unaudited net loss of about HKD 7 million in the 2024 period.
