Shenzhen Edge Medical Co., Ltd. (EDGE MEDICAL-B, stock code: 02675) has confirmed a transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the company’s Articles of Association.

Key points of the new arrangement are as follows:

1. Actionable Documents Delivered by Email • Shareholders will receive actionable corporate communications—those requiring instructions or elections—directly via email. • If the company lacks a functional email address for a shareholder, a printed version will be dispatched together with a form requesting a valid email address for future use.

2. Routine Communications Posted Online Only • Routine corporate communications will be made available on both the company website (www.edgemed.cn) and HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk); no separate notification of online publication will be mailed. • Shareholders are encouraged to monitor these websites proactively.

3. Submitting or Updating Email Addresses • Shareholders can submit email details through an online form (QR code) by 11 April 2026 or by contacting the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via 2675-ecom@vistra.com. • Provision of a functional email address remains the shareholder’s responsibility; the company will deem delivery successful absent a “non-delivery” notice.

4. Printed Copies Still Available on Demand • Any shareholder preferring hard copies can request them free of charge by writing or emailing the share registrar at the addresses above. • Such preferences will remain effective until revoked.
