MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. announced on Nov, 03 2025 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MoneyMax Treasure Pte. Ltd., has priced 30 million Singapore dollars of 5.00 per cent fixed-rate notes due Oct, 30 2028. The new securities (Series 001 Tranche 002) will be consolidated with the existing 70 million Singapore dollars 5.00 per cent notes issued on Oct, 30 2025 under the company’s 500 million Singapore dollars multicurrency medium-term note programme.
The notes will be issued at 100 per cent of face value plus accrued interest from Oct, 30 2025 to (but excluding) the expected issue date of Nov, 10 2025. They will be offered in denominations of 250,000 Singapore dollars, pay interest semi-annually on Apr, 30 and Oct, 30 each year starting Apr, 30 2026, and mature on Oct, 30 2028.
DBS Bank Ltd. has been appointed sole global coordinator, lead manager and bookrunner for the offering.
Net proceeds, after deducting issue expenses, will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing existing borrowings, funding investments and acquisitions, working capital and capital expenditure.
The company plans to list the notes on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, with trading expected to begin on Nov, 11 2025.
