UltraGreen.ai Limited said on Sep, 16 2026 that it will release its business update for the quarter ended Sep, 30 2026 before market open on Oct, 29 2026.

The company is in active discussions with distribution partners in the United States but did not disclose pricing or commercial terms. It added that it is continuing to expand its presence in Europe, the Middle East and Asia while advancing its imaging and software strategy aimed at the fluorescence-guided surgery market.

Management said the initiatives are intended to strengthen UltraGreen.ai’s position across fluorescence agents, imaging, software and data, and to develop additional recurring revenue opportunities over time. Further details will be provided in the upcoming 3Q2026 update.
