According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on April 16, a shareholder of TOWN HEALTH (03886) transferred shares from The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited to Bank of China (Hong Kong). The transferred shares had a market value of HK$431 million, representing 26.41% of the company's issued share capital.

Previously, TOWN HEALTH released its annual results for the year ended December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of HK$1.786 billion, a decrease of 2.63% year-on-year. Profit attributable to shareholders was HK$14.377 million, a turnaround from a loss in the previous year. Earnings per share were HK$0.0021.
