Cirrus (02507) has announced that Mr. Song Qingchun has resigned from his roles as a non-executive director and a member of the board's remuneration committee due to changes in his work arrangements, effective August 14, 2026.

Following his resignation, Mr. Song will no longer hold any position within the company.
