Nayuki Completes HK$1.36 Million Share Buyback, Trimming Outstanding Shares by 0.12%

Nayuki Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 2.02 million ordinary shares on 10 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at prices ranging between HK$0.67 and HK$0.68, for a total consideration of HK$1.36 million, implying a volume-weighted average cost of HK$0.6712 per share.

Following the buyback, Nayuki’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) declined to 1.67 billion, down 0.12% from the previous day’s balance. Treasury shares increased to 40.08 million, keeping the total issued share count unchanged at 1.71 billion.

The transaction forms part of the share repurchase mandate approved by shareholders on 24 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 169.84 million shares. Including the latest purchase, Nayuki has repurchased 30.93 million shares under this mandate, representing 1.82% of the company’s issued share capital as at the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Nayuki is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 10 October 2026.
