For the first 11 months ending November 30, 2025, the company recorded contracted sales of RMB9.55 billion from managed projects, representing a 21.4% year-on-year decrease. The total contracted sales area reached 1.545 million square meters, down 22.3% compared to the same period last year. However, the average selling price for this period showed a slight improvement, rising 1.1% year-on-year to RMB6,181 per square meter.
