Xinyuan Property Management Service (Cayman) Ltd. has updated its previous dividend announcement, confirming a final ordinary dividend of HKD0.0191 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

The dividend was approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting on 26 June 2026. Key timetable adjustments include an ex-dividend date of 21 August 2026 and a revised book-closure period from 25 to 31 August 2026, with the record date set for 31 August 2026.
