Angelalign Technology Inc. (6699) announced the creation of a new senior management role, Chief Strategy Officer, effective November 1, 2025. According to the company’s board of directors, the responsibilities of this position will center on medium- to long-term strategic planning, the execution of key strategic projects, driving innovation, and leveraging synergies across portfolio investments.

The board of directors has appointed executive director Mr. Song Xin to serve as Chief Strategy Officer starting from November 1, 2025. Concurrently, he will step down from his current position as chief operating officer. The board expressed appreciation for Mr. Song’s contributions in his former role and believes this new appointment will help advance the company’s strategic vision and global expansion efforts.
