The report notes that between March 27 and March 28, Houthi forces conducted attacks using ballistic missiles, drones, and cruise missiles against southern Israel. This marks the first time the group has directly intervened in the current conflict.

Analysts suggest that by choosing to target Israel with drones and missiles, rather than attacking international shipping lanes, the Houthi forces may be pursuing a relatively cautious strategy. This approach appears designed to avoid a direct escalation of hostilities with the United States and Israel.

The report also indicates that the US-Israel coalition has continued its strikes on Iran's defense industrial infrastructure. Targets have included the Marine Industries Organization in Tehran, the Parchin military complex, and the SADRA marine industries company in Bushehr province.

The coalition's operations aim to degrade Iranian air defense capabilities and maintain air superiority over certain regions within Iran. On March 28, the Israeli Defense Forces struck a facility in Arak, Central Province, involved in the production of components for air defense systems.

Additionally, on March 28, the US-Israel coalition conducted strikes on Bushehr Airport and the adjacent 6th Tactical Air Base of the Iranian Army in Bushehr province.
