IFBH Issues Profit Warning: Expects 65%–75% Drop in H1 2026 Net Profit on Supply-Chain Disruptions

IFBH Limited (IFBH) notified shareholders that unaudited figures for the six months ended 30 June 2026 indicate a sharp downturn in earnings, with net profit projected to fall by approximately 65%–75% versus the same period in 2025.

Revenue is forecast to decline by about 40%–50% year-on-year, reflecting constrained product availability and softer consumer demand in the coconut-water category. Management attributes the shortfall primarily to global supply-chain disruptions stemming from heightened geopolitical tensions, which have caused shortages of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), other packaging materials and coconut water.

The scarcity of key inputs curtailed production schedules and restricted shipments to distributors. Concurrently, elevated procurement costs for coconut water and packaging materials compressed gross margins, further eroding profitability. Ongoing restructuring and optimisation of Innococo’s distribution network, still operating below its 2024 capacity, also weighed on top-line performance.

IFBH is finalising its unaudited condensed consolidated interim results for H1 2026, scheduled for release by end-August 2026. The company cautions investors that the figures are preliminary and unaudited. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise prudence when dealing in IFBH securities.
