On March 25, MOODY TECH HLDG issued an announcement stating that the board expects the group to record a profit attributable to owners of between approximately RMB 230 million and RMB 250 million for the 2025 fiscal year. This compares to an attributable loss of approximately RMB 88.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2024 (2024 fiscal year).

The shift from a loss in the 2024 fiscal year to a profit in the 2025 fiscal year is primarily attributed to a profit of approximately RMB 256 million from discontinued operations. This profit includes a gain of approximately RMB 263 million from the disposal of a subsidiary that occurred during the 2025 fiscal year.
