PropNex Limited announced on Feb, 02 2026 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, PropNex Realty Pte. Ltd., has been named as one of three co-defendants in a lawsuit filed in the High Court of Singapore.

The claimants are seeking about 0.37 million Singapore dollars in damages, alleging breach of duty of care and, in the alternative, vicarious liability for an alleged negligent misrepresentation by a PropNex salesperson during a property transaction.

The board stated it will vigorously defend the suit and does not expect the case to materially affect the group’s financial position or performance for the year ending Dec, 31 2026. The company said it will provide further updates if there are material developments and advised shareholders to exercise caution.
