Dynagreen Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. announced that Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, Ms. Yuen Wing Yan, Winnie, has tendered her resignation with effect from 6 March 2026. According to the announcement, Ms. Yuen confirmed no disagreement with the board, and there are no matters requiring further attention by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange or the company’s shareholders.

Following Ms. Yuen’s departure, Dynagreen will appoint Ms. Yim Lai Kiu as the new Joint Company Secretary, Authorised Representative, and Process Agent, also effective on 6 March 2026. According to the announcement, Ms. Yim has over six years of corporate secretarial experience, providing professional corporate services to listed companies, multinational enterprises, private entities, and offshore operations. She currently serves as an assistant manager of the company secretarial services at Tricor Services Limited and holds associate memberships in The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute.

The board expressed gratitude to Ms. Yuen for her service and formally welcomed Ms. Yim to her new appointments.
