China Mengniu Dairy Company Limited (Mengniu Dairy) disclosed a series of board changes effective 10 June 2026.

Mengniu Dairy’s non-executive director Meng Fanjie resigned from both the Board and the Strategy and Development Committee owing to work arrangements. The company reported no disagreements with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention. The Board expressed appreciation for his service.

To fill the vacancy, the Board appointed Dang Jian—aged 56 and Chief Executive Officer of Swire Coca-Cola Ltd. (Chinese Mainland) since June 2021—as an independent non-executive director (INED) and member of the Strategy and Development Committee. Dang brings more than 30 years of FMCG management experience, including senior roles across Swire’s beverage operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in food engineering from Jiangnan University (1991) and an EMBA from the University of Science and Technology of China (2019).
