On 1 June 2026, Feiyang International Holdings Group Limited (Feiyang Group) announced the online publication of its latest Corporate Communication package, which includes the Circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and related Proxy Form.

The English and Chinese versions are available on both the company’s website (www.iflying.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed documents will find hard copies enclosed with the notice.

Feiyang Group strongly encourages shareholders to access these materials electronically and to provide a functional email address to receive future notifications and Actionable Corporate Communications. Those experiencing difficulties with electronic access or wishing to continue receiving printed versions can submit the enclosed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to 1901-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders who have not yet supplied an email address are urged to do so using the Reply Form. Until a valid email is on file, the company will dispatch printed notices and Actionable Corporate Communications at no charge.
