An affiliate of Hisense Home Appliances (00921) has entered into wealth management agreements with Bairui Trust. The agreements were made by subsidiary companies including Air Conditioning Marketing Company, Gorenje Company, Kitchen and Bathroom Company, and Refrigerator Marketing Company. These subsidiaries will acquire wealth management products from Bairui Trust with a total subscription amount of RMB 1.762 billion. The transaction period spans from April 9, 2025, to March 17, 2026.
