Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) said it was notified on Jul, 23 2026 of changes in the interest of substantial shareholder Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan).

On Jul, 22 2026, the Malaysian pension fund’s external manager bought 1.5 million Top Glove shares on the open market and sold 1.4689 million shares the same day, resulting in a net increase of 31,100 shares.

After the transactions, Kumpulan Wang Persaraan’s direct holding stood at 442.70325 million shares, representing 5.521% of Top Glove’s issued capital. Its indirect or deemed interest totaled 91.1241 million shares, or 1.136%. Combined, the fund now holds 533.82735 million shares in the glove maker.
