The stapled group's net property income (NPI) for the first quarter ended March dropped 14.2% year-on-year to S30 million, down from S34.9 million in the same period last year.
Revenue also declined by 2.8% to S63.4 million, compared to S65.3 million previously, according to a business update released on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, units of CDLHT closed at S0.795 on Tuesday, up1.3% or 0.01 from the previous trading session.
