FANTASIA (01777) announced that the proposed restructuring will be implemented through a scheme of arrangement in Hong Kong (the Hong Kong Plan) and/or any other equivalent proceedings in any other jurisdiction as the company may consider necessary or appropriate, pursuant to the terms of the restructuring support agreement. On October 8, 2025, the company filed an originating summons with the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region pursuant to the terms of the restructuring support agreement. The convening hearing for the Hong Kong Plan is scheduled to be held at the Court at 10:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on January 16, 2026. At the hearing, the company will seek an order from the Court to convene a scheme meeting of scheme creditors to consider and, if thought fit, approve (with or without modification) the Hong Kong Plan.
