Pak Fah Yeow International Limited has declared two year-end cash distributions for the financial year ended 31 December 2025: • Final dividend: HK3.8 cents per share • Special final dividend: HK7.2 cents per share

Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 10 July 2026 will be entitled to both dividends, which are subject to approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 2 June 2026. If approved, payments will be dispatched on 7 August 2026.
