The board of CHINA TAIPING (00966) has announced a change in its committee composition.

Independent Non-Executive Director Ms. Fanny Law Fan Chiu-fun has tendered her resignation from the roles of Independent Non-Executive Director, as well as her memberships on the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, citing her desire to dedicate more time to other professional and personal commitments.

Following this, the company has appointed Non-Executive Directors Mr. Zhou Lianggang and Mr. Feng Zhanwu to serve as members of the Audit Committee.

Furthermore, Independent Non-Executive Director Ms. Liu Yi has been appointed as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
