China XLX Fertiliser Ltd. has announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, the accompanying circular and the notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting have been published on the company’s website (www.chinaxlx.com.hk) as well as on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

Both language versions are consolidated in a single booklet. Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive a printed copy can submit a signed request form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd., at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the pre-paid mailing label provided in the notification. The request form is also downloadable from the company’s and HKEX’s websites.

Shareholders preferring electronic communications must provide a functional e-mail address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Ltd. If no e-mail address is recorded, the company will continue to send printed notices of publication only.
