CONTIOCEAN has announced the resignation of Mr. Shu Huadong from his positions as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company, as well as his CFO roles at Conti Ocean Environment Tech Co., Limited and Wavelength Technology Center, LDA. These resignations are effective from June 1, 2026, as Mr. Shu intends to dedicate more time to his other professional commitments and personal affairs. Following his departure, Mr. Shu will also step down from the company's remuneration committee.

To fill the vacancy, Ms. Shen Xiaojiao, the General Manager of the company's Finance Department, has been appointed as the interim Chief Financial Officer of CONTIOCEAN, effective from the same date.
