On 30 October 2025, Beijing Jingcheng Machinery Electric Company Limited (0187) held the tenth meeting of its eleventh board session, during which the 2025 Third Quarterly Report was approved. Directors also passed a resolution to amend the Articles of Association and related procedural rules, as well as to abolish the supervisory committee. These changes will be submitted to the company’s general meeting for final consideration.

In addition, the board confirmed the fulfillment of unlocking conditions for the first unlocking period under the 2023 restricted share incentive scheme. A total of 110 eligible participants may unlock 1,774,800 restricted shares, representing approximately 0.32% of the company’s total share capital.
