DATANG ENVIRO (01272) has successfully concluded the issuance of its third super short-term notes for 2025. The RMB 500 million offering was completed on July 14, 2025, targeting qualified institutional investors.
The notes carry a 94-day maturity period with each unit priced at RMB 100. Investors will receive an annualized interest rate of 1.53%, with the value date set for July 14, 2025. Proceeds from this issuance will specifically repay existing interest-bearing liabilities.
China Merchants Bank acted as the lead underwriter and bookrunner while Bank of Beijing served as the co-underwriter for this debt instrument. The company has confirmed receipt of the total raised capital following the notes' distribution.
