China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. (Minsheng Bank) announced that its board of directors approved a proposal to shift the bank’s registered domicile from No. 2, Fuxingmennei Avenue, Xicheng District, Beijing, to Building 1, Courtyard 9, Jinhe Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The resolution was adopted at the board meeting held on 30 July 2026.

The relocation requires clearance from the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA) and completion of registration changes with market supervision authorities. Following NFRA approval, the updated Articles of Association will be filed for record.

To formalize the move, the proposal—classified as a special resolution—must receive shareholder approval at an upcoming general meeting. A circular detailing the revised Articles of Association and meeting notice will be released in due course.
