Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. (GUOFUHEE, 02582) announced that on March 6, 2026, its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Xinjiang Guofu Mingzhi Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., entered into a sales agreement with Hefei Zhongke Hecheng Green Energy Co., Ltd. The agreement involves supplying six sets of 1,000 Nm³/h alkaline electrolyzers and auxiliary equipment, including rectifier transformers, rectifier cabinets, and separation and purification systems. The total contract value exceeds RMB 55.00 million, centering on a 20,000-ton green electricity hydrogen production flexible synthetic ammonia project.

According to the announcement, this transaction confirms GUOFUHEE’s capability in providing core equipment for green fuel initiatives and demonstrates the market viability of an integrated “green electricity–green hydrogen–green ammonia fuel” solution. The board of directors expects a positive impact on operating results and advises shareholders and investors to exercise caution when trading GUOFUHEE shares.
