The board of MAN SANG INT'L (00938) has announced the resignation of Mr. Hu Xingrong from his positions as director and chairman of the board.

This resignation is due to Mr. Hu taking on other professional commitments, effective from July 7, 2026. Following his departure, Mr. Hu will also cease to serve as the chairman of the company's nomination committee and as a member of the remuneration committee.

The board has resolved to appoint independent non-executive director Ms. Zhou Hong as the new chairman of the nomination committee, effective from the same date, July 7, 2026.

With this appointment, the composition of the nomination committee will be Ms. Zhou (Chairperson), Ms. Cong Wenlin, Ms. Bao Yining, and Mr. Huang Kunjie. The committee maintains a majority of independent non-executive directors, which complies with the requirements of Rule 3.27A of the Listing Rules.
