On September 16, YOUZAN issued an announcement stating that the group is currently exploring and evaluating the possibility of seeking to transfer all company shares from the GEM to the Main Board of the Stock Exchange, and has appointed selected professional advisors to provide assistance. As of the announcement date, the evaluation of the potential board transfer is still in its preliminary stage, and no formal application has been submitted to the Stock Exchange yet. In this regard, the company will issue separate announcements at appropriate times to inform shareholders and potential investors about the progress of the potential board transfer.
