On the news front, on August 17, the General Office of the Hunan Provincial People's Government issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of the Intelligent Robot Industry." This document focuses on developing industrial, service and consumer, and special-purpose robots, aiming to build a complete industrial chain covering key materials, core components, complete machine R&D, and scenario-based applications.

The policy sets specific industry targets: by 2028, the province's intelligent robot industry chain revenue is targeted to exceed 100 billion yuan, with the cultivation of 5 leading enterprises. By 2030, the industry chain revenue is projected to surpass 200 billion yuan, alongside completing the self-supporting supply of core components such as precision transmission, high-precision sensing, and motion control. The plan also aims to cultivate 10 leading enterprises, pushing the overall industry strength into the national first tier.

Related research institutions indicate that the humanoid robot industry is currently in a critical window for technological breakthroughs, capital influx, and product deployment. Frequent financing activities in both primary and secondary markets reflect high market recognition of commercial prospects, accelerating the pace of industry capitalization.
