ZACD Group Ltd. (Stock Code: 8313) announced the appointment of Mr. Phua Cher Chew (Pan Ziqiu) as Executive Director and Deputy Chief Executive Officer, effective 24 November 2025. Mr. Phua, aged 51, has over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, focusing on corporate strategy, real estate development, business development, and portfolio acquisitions.

Mr. Phua has served in several listed companies. He was previously appointed Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Amcorp Global Limited (formerly TEE Land Limited), which was listed on the Singapore Exchange Main Board in May 2013. He served on the Board of Chewathai Company Limited, a subsidiary of Amcorp Global Limited listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and co-chaired its Audit Committee. He currently sits on the boards of Pollux Properties Limited, MNG 108 Pte. Ltd., and Amcorp Forward Pte. Ltd. (a subsidiary of Amcorp Global Limited).

Mr. Phua holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from Central Queensland University and a Diploma in Accounting from Singapore Polytechnic, and is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. In accordance with his service agreement, the new role spans three years starting from 24 November 2025, with an annual remuneration of S$180,000, subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at the general meetings of the Company.

According to the Board, there is no other information required to be disclosed regarding Mr. Phua’s appointment. The Board extended a warm welcome to Mr. Phua upon assuming his new position.
