Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Group Co., Ltd. (Lopal Tech) reported that it completed the issuance of 93.12 million A shares to specific investors on 11 May 2026 under a board-approved specific mandate. The new shares were priced at RMB 20.19 each.

Following the transaction, total A-share capital (excluding treasury shares) increased from 563.00 million to 656.11 million shares, a rise of 16.54%. Including the unchanged 2.08 million treasury shares, the company’s overall share count now stands at 658.19 million.

The newly issued shares account for 13.59% of Lopal Tech’s combined A- and H-share capital before the placement (565.08 million A shares and 120.00 million H shares).

The company confirmed that all regulatory requirements, listing rules and board authorisations for the share issue have been satisfied, and that the full subscription proceeds have been received.
