The issuance took place on April 24, 2026, with a total value of 710 million yuan. The notes carry an interest rate of 1.97% and have a maturity period of 366 days. The net proceeds from the issuance, after deducting underwriting fees, will be used entirely to repay the short-term green financing note 25 Ganfeng Lithium CP001 (Green).
