Shanghai HeartCare Medical Technology Corporation Limited (HeartCare-B) reported that non-executive director Ding Kui stepped down from the Board, the Audit Committee and the Strategy Committee on 10 June 2026, citing personal commitments.

The company confirmed that Ding Kui has no outstanding claims against HeartCare-B, no disagreement with the Board, and no other matters requiring shareholder or exchange attention.

Concurrently, independent non-executive director Guo Shaomu has been appointed to the Audit Committee, with a term running until the close of the current second session of the Board.

Following these changes, the Board now comprises: • Executive directors – Wang Guohui (Chairman), Zhang Kun, Wei Jiawei • Non-executive directors – Chen Shaoxiong, Chen Gang • Independent non-executive directors – Guo Shaomu, Feng Xiangqian, Gong Ping
