According to the Next Day Disclosure Return, Accel Group Holdings Limited (01283) increased its issued share capital by 15,000,000 ordinary shares at HKD 1.4 each on 22 October 2025. This issuance represents approximately 1.85% of the company’s previous total of 810,827,000 shares.

As a result of this allotment under a Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 30 September 2025, the total number of issued shares rose to 825,827,000. The new shares, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, were allotted in compliance with relevant listing and regulatory requirements.
