Shougang Cent (00103) has disclosed that on September 17, 2026, the company repurchased 38,000 of its own shares at an aggregate cost of HK$79,500.

The buyback was executed at prices ranging from HK$2.085 to HK$2.1 per share, as stated in the official announcement.
