Ingdan sets 15% emission-intensity cut by 2030 as 2025 ESG report shows steady progress

Ingdan, Inc. released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report covering the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 and all operations in mainland China and Hong Kong. The board, which holds ultimate ESG accountability, approved the report on 31 March 2026 and confirmed full compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules Appendix C2.

Governance and compliance • No breaches of environmental, labour or anti-corruption regulations were recorded; no product recalls or corruption lawsuits occurred during the year. • Anti-corruption training totalled 21.50 hours for 43 employees, while a whistle-blowing mechanism remains in place. • Climate oversight has been embedded in the group-wide risk-management framework; external consultants conduct annual independent reviews of controls.

Environmental performance • Group greenhouse-gas emissions reached 369.78 tCO₂e, comprising Scope 1 of 5.54 tCO₂e, Scope 2 of 240.35 tCO₂e and Scope 3 of 123.89 tCO₂e. • Electricity consumption totalled 452,986 kWh; petrol usage was 2,440 litres; water consumption stood at 391 tonnes. • No hazardous waste was generated; non-hazardous office waste amounted to 3.03 tonnes. • Ingdan targets a 15% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emission intensity by 2030 (base year 2024) and aims for net-zero Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2060.

Workforce highlights • Headcount was 577 (561 full-time, 16 part-time); the male-to-female ratio stood at 1.30. • Turnover fell to 10.21%, with no work-related fatalities or lost-day injuries reported for the third consecutive year. • 61.18% of employees received training, averaging 9.29 hours per person. • Ingdan Academy has trained more than 2,000 chip-application engineers to date, supporting industry talent development.

Supply-chain profile • The group engaged 431 product suppliers and 424 service providers; 90% of partners are located in Greater China. • Annual supplier performance assessments, mandatory quality agreements and real-time goods monitoring underpin procurement risk control.

Product responsibility and data protection • Zero product-related complaints were logged during the year. • A comprehensive privacy and information-security policy governs all data handling; no significant non-compliance incidents were recorded. • Intellectual-property portfolio at year-end: 307 software copyrights, 390 trademarks and 53 patents.

Strategic initiatives Ingdan is expanding its new-energy business around two-wheeler battery swapping and reutilisation, supported by an in-house smart battery-management platform that tracks lithium-battery life-cycle data and aligns with China’s dual-carbon goals.

The board will continue to monitor material ESG issues and annually review progress toward carbon-reduction, resource-efficiency and governance targets.
