According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on February 10, a shareholder of Graphex Group (06128) transferred shares from Changli Securities to Mingji Securities. The value of the transferred shares was HKD 7.7785 million, representing 10.73% of the holdings.

Previously, Graphex Group announced that on February 3, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Allied Apex entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Yan Bo, one of the shareholders of Chuangchi. Under the agreement, Allied Apex will acquire 40% of the issued share capital of Chuangchi from Yan Bo for a cash consideration of HKD 1.5 million.
