For the period from January to August 2025, cumulative contract sales reached RMB 20.783 billion with a contract sales area of 1.8643 million square meters, declining 10.6% and 9.7% year-on-year respectively.

As of the end of August 2025, outstanding subscriptions totaled RMB 439 million with an area of 39,700 square meters awaiting contract signing.

In August 2025, the group acquired one new project in Huicheng District, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, with a total floor area of 179,500 square meters and total land cost of RMB 622 million.

From January 1 to August 31, 2025, the group cumulatively added a total floor area of 1.6646 million square meters with a total land cost of RMB 7.1 billion.
