On 29 July 2026, Anker Innovations Technology Co., Ltd. completed the issuance and allotment of 3.44 million H shares on the Hong Kong Main Board, following the partial exercise of the over-allotment (greenshoe) option disclosed on 26 July 2026.

The new shares were priced at HKD 99.32 each, implying gross proceeds of about HKD 341.98 million (approximately USD 43.8 million).

As a result, Anker Innovations’ outstanding H shares increased from 46.63 million to 50.08 million, representing a 7.38% expansion in the company’s issued share capital. The issuer reported no treasury shares and confirmed that no share repurchases or cancellations were outstanding as of the same date.

The board affirmed that the share issuance complied with all applicable Hong Kong listing rules and regulatory requirements, and that all subscription proceeds have been fully received.
