UNITY GP HLDGS (formerly known as Zhi Xing Group Holdings, stock code: 01539) has announced the issuance of new shares.

On 28 July 2026, the company issued and allotted 94.5454 million new ordinary shares. This action was triggered by a holder of the company's convertible bonds exercising their conversion rights.

The shares were issued as a result of the convertible bondholder's election to convert their debt into equity.
