HAIXI PHARMA (02637) announced that Ms. Lin Huiyi has resigned from her positions as the company's Joint Company Secretary; the authorized representative of the company as stipulated under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) Securities Listing Rules; the authorized representative of the company under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622), collectively referred to with the Listing Rules authorized representative as the "Authorized Representative"; and the company's authorized person for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong as required by Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules (the Legal Process Agent). These resignations are effective from March 6, 2026. Ms. Zhang Junhuan will remain as one of the Joint Company Secretaries. Mr. Liu Guoxian has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Legal Process Agent, effective from March 6, 2026.
