On Feb, 25 2026, Riverstone Holdings Limited announced that it will switch from voluntary quarterly financial reporting to half-yearly reporting in line with Rule 705(2) of the Singapore Exchange Listing Manual.

The next set of results will cover the half year ending 30 June 2026. Riverstone said it will disclose its half-year financial statements within 45 days of 30 June and its full-year results within 60 days of 31 December for each financial year.

The company added that it will continue to make timely disclosures on any material developments affecting the group.
