Sharon AI Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SHAZ) announced today that it will release its second-quarter fiscal 2026 financial results after the U.S. stock market closes on Thursday, August 6, 2026.

Company management will host a conference call and webcast at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time that same day to discuss the earnings results. Sharon AI is a high-performance computing company specializing in AI and cloud-based GPU computing infrastructure, dedicated to providing unified enterprise solutions that integrate computing, storage, networking, and automation for AI labs, hyperscale customers, research institutions, and regulated industries.

The company has shown strong recent business momentum. In February 2026, it completed its Nasdaq IPO, raising $125 million. Sharon AI has also established a strategic computing partnership with NVIDIA, with plans to deploy up to 72MW of AI factories and as many as 40,000 Grace Blackwell GB300 GPUs.

In terms of customer expansion, Sharon AI has recently signed several significant contracts. This includes a five-year cloud services agreement valued at $1.32 billion with a global AI lab, with revenue recognition expected to begin in the first half of 2027. Additionally, the company entered into a five-year, $1.25 billion contract with ESDS Software Solutions, with revenue expected to start in the third quarter of 2026.
