On December 3, Ren Hongbin, President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), led a delegation of Chinese entrepreneurs to attend a symposium hosted by the U.S. Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) and its member companies.

During the meeting, Ren engaged in in-depth discussions with SIA President and CEO John Neuffer on enhancing Sino-U.S. cooperation in the semiconductor sector, deepening multilateral collaboration, and maintaining the stability and smooth operation of global industrial and supply chains.

The event was attended by Jimmy Goodrich, SIA Vice President of Global Policy, along with representatives from member companies including Qualcomm, GlobalFoundries, ON Semiconductor, Nokia, Synopsys, and Emerson, as well as accompanying Chinese enterprise delegates.
