Broadband and Utility Infrastructure Services Firm ITG Sets $19-$22 Per Share IPO Price Range, Aims to Raise $4 Billion

Infrastructure Technology Group (ITG) (ITG.US), a provider of design and engineering services for broadband and utility infrastructure based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, disclosed the terms for its initial public offering on Monday.

The company intends to offer 19.5 million shares, with a price range set between $19 and $22 per share, targeting proceeds of approximately $4 billion.

At the midpoint of this price range, the company's market capitalization post-listing would reach around $25 billion.

ITG delivers infrastructure services primarily to broadband, wireless, and utility network operators across the United States.

Its operations are divided into two main segments: the Engineering and Maintenance segment, which supports daily network operations and scheduled upkeep, and the Infrastructure Deployment segment, which encompasses the planning, design, and construction of new networks and network expansions.

The company serves a diverse client base, including broadband service providers, fiber suppliers, wireless carriers, data center operators, and both public and private utility companies, largely under long-term master service agreements.

Founded in 2014, ITG generated revenue of $13 billion over the twelve-month period ending March 31, 2026.

The company plans to list on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker symbol "ITG".

The joint bookrunners for this IPO include Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, UBS Investment Bank, Stifel, BofA Securities, Baird, Santander, KeyBanc Capital Markets, and Truist Securities.

The pricing for the offering is anticipated during the week of June 29, 2026.
