SEEC Media Group Limited has released an announcement outlining plans to change its English name from “SEEC Media Group Limited” to “BFB Health Limited” and remove its existing Chinese name. The proposal will be tabled as a special resolution during an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for 8 December 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at The Center in Central, Hong Kong.

According to the document, the intended name change is subject to approval by the Shareholders and the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda. The Board believes that adopting a new corporate identity will benefit future development. As stated in the announcement, the existing share certificates will remain valid for trading and settlement even after the change, and there will be no free exchange for new share certificates bearing the new company name.

The register of members is set to close from 3 December 2025 to 8 December 2025, during which no share transfers will be registered. Shareholders whose names appear on the register by 2 December 2025 will be eligible to attend and vote on the proposed resolution at the EGM. No shareholders are required to abstain from voting on the matter.
