H.I.G. Growth Partners, the growth equity investment arm of global alternative asset manager H.I.G. Capital, has announced the completion of a strategic investment in Rewind Software Inc.

Rewind provides a SaaS resilience platform that delivers enterprise-grade backup and recovery, business continuity, and data governance and retention solutions to protect against data loss and business disruption.

Headquartered in Ottawa, Canada, and founded in 2015, Rewind’s platform safeguards corporate data across 16 leading cloud applications, including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Shopify, QuickBooks Online, and monday.com. Currently, over 25,000 organizations rely on the platform to back up, recover, and ensure the resilience of their SaaS workloads.

As AI adoption accelerates and platforms like Atlassian migrate to the cloud, demand for data protection solutions with disaster recovery capabilities is rising. The funding will be used to fuel product innovation, scale operations, and expand market reach for Rewind.
